At Maison Kin, we strive to provide our customers with the luxury and quality they expect from their perfume purchases at the lowest prices. We understand that sometimes a return or refund is necessary, and we aim to make this process as seamless as possible for you.

Full-Priced Items

  • Full-priced items are eligible for a refund provided they are returned with the original packaging intact, including the cellophane wrapping.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of your purchase.
  • Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will process your refund back to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non refundable.

Opened Items

  • Opened items can still be returned. For returns where refund is needed back to your original payment method, a $5 restocking fee per item will be deducted. Or we can issue a E-Gift Card which can be used to purchase another fragrance, and we will waive the restocking fee. 
  • We want you to feel confident in your purchase, and in the exceptional cases where you need to return an opened item, we're here to help, minus the small restocking fee to cover handling costs.
  • Shipping costs are non refundable. 

Exclusions

  • Discovery Sets, Items purchased on sale, and Gift Cards are considered final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Due to their discounted nature, sale items, special offer purchases, and gift card sales are exempt from this policy.

Shipping Costs

  • Please note that shipping costs, both original and return, are non-refundable.
  • Our goal is to maintain the highest level of customer service, while also recognizing the costs associated with shipping delicate perfume products.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Go to our returns portal.
  • Provide your order number and specify the items you wish to return.
  • Await confirmation from our team with instructions on how to proceed.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item(s).
  • Keep in mind that depending on your card issuer's policies, it may take a few days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

International Orders (outside USA)

  • We regret to inform, that we are unable to provide returns or exchanges on orders outside the US at this time due to international shipping regulations.

Damage or Defective Orders

  • In the event that an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours at customerservice@maisonkin.com . Please send photos depicting the issue and we will take care of you. 

 Shipping Policy

  • Currently we only ship within USA. Delivery times varies by location, expect between 4 - 8 business days within US, some locations may take longer. 
  • Orders are dispatched within 24 - 48 hours. Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking link.

Risk of Loss of Package 

  • Maison Kin is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, if the address provided at checkout matches the address where the order was shipped and delivered to. We are not liable for the package after successful delivery showing on the carriers website. Misplaced packages are non-refundable. Customer must ensure they provide an address where delivery can be made safely. Maison Kin is not responsible for orders missing from front door or porch. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that whatever address they provide can receive packages safely. We do not offer assistance with missing, lost, stolen or undelivered packages, you must contact the carrier directly. 

Incorrect Address Entered

  • At Maison Kin, we take pride in ensuring our customers receive high-quality products in a timely manner. As such, we require that all customers carefully enter their shipping address information during the order placement process on our website. We want to emphasize that we cannot be held responsible for any incorrect address entries by customers. Once an order is placed, our system automatically processes the information provided, and we begin the shipping process. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any address changes after an order has been submitted.
  • In the unlikely event that a package remains undelivered due to an incorrect shipping address entry, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with both the return of the package and for re-sending the package to the correct address. It is important to note that the customer will also be wholly responsible for the value of the goods ordered. Any refunds or credits for the value of the goods will only be processed once the items have been returned to our facility.
  • We understand the frustration and inconvenience that may arise from such an occurrence, and while we empathize with the customer's situation, we must insist that all address entries be accurate and legible. Maison Kin will enforce this policy without exception and will not be responsible for any losses or damages incurred due to incorrect address entries by our customers.
