Jago is a beautiful sandalwood scent, pleasantly smooth and realistic. It opens with a nice woody accord, which is lifted by peppery cardamom. There are subtle hints of powdery iris and pine forest notes. Sandalwood is the key, and here it is soft and rich: undemanding and enjoyable. As Jago develops, an animalic leather note comes to the fore, complementing the sandalwood nicely.

Love the fragrance smells amazing
Jago? I know I’m going to get, “what are you wearing, Jagoff?” I love Santal 33 so I love this one whose name shall not be mentioned. If you ever wanted to try Santal 33 this is a very inexpensive way to get there. The leather notes in the OG are nicer and I believe it is overall creamier but you are getting 90-95 accuracy for 5% of the price if you take advantage of this sale. I can’t speak about the longevity yet but if it close to 33 with is a beast at around 10 hours you can’t go wrong
To say I’m addicted is an understatement! This is such an iconic fragrance and Maison Kin was able to match it perfectly! I highly recommend this scent for man, woman, and anything in between. CAUTION: If you purchase, BEWARE….you will get tons of compliments!! 😏😊

We're sorry it didn't perform as expected for you. Longevity can vary from person to person based on skin chemistry, application, and even the environment. Many of our customers experience significantly longer wear, but everyone's experience is different.
I noticed you purchased three different fragrances. If I may make one suggestion, try wearing one fragrance at a time and evaluate it over several hours. Smelling multiple fragrances in quick succession can lead to olfactory fatigue, making them seem weaker than they actually are. We hope you'll give them another try this way.
Smells exactly like the real thing!
Smells like vanilla and pickles. Not a good scent at all.
Hey Mathew: I am holding a bottle in my hand right now, and with all due respect it does not smell anything like how you have described it lol. Look, I understand fragrance is very personal - you either love it or you don't. Have you tried the fragrance this is inspired from? It is a unique scent profile for sure and that is what has made it one of the best selling fragrances in the US. I suggest layering it with a fresh fragrance (try vetiver) to make it more mass appealing and the resulting scent profile is pretty amazing. Let me know if that worked for you. I absolutely adore Santal 33. This isn't quite that, but it is a beautiful scent non the less. The dry down is gorgeous and I'm pretty sure I will be putting a heafty dent in this bottle quickly.

Jago is inspired by Santal 33, a unique fragrance that develops over time for those unfamiliar with the sandalwood scent profile. It’s actually one of the best-selling fragrances in the US and absolutely beautiful. If I may, could you try layering it with a fresh fragrance that has vetiver or other aromatic top notes and see how you like it then? We find sometimes that works better for people who aren't used to the sandalwood scent profile. Thanks for giving us a try! We have some new 50mL extraits you might want to explore.
I bought this as part of a $10/bottle deal and it is worth every penny. I really enjoy the scent and find it very similar to Santal 33. It does not last as long as I wish it did, but from the time I put it on, it smells good. No waiting for any initial sharp, alcohol, or other off notes to die off for it to smell right. It just does from the go.

Good clone of Santal 33 - the cedar appears strong at first, but mellows down. Would buy again.
