Returns & Exchanges

Full-priced items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Sale items and orders placed using discount codes, affiliate codes, or gift cards are eligible for exchange only.
Returns incur a $3 per item fee. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping. A prepaid return label is available for $7.95.
To start a return or exchange, email your order number to maisonkin9@gmail.com. Refunds are processed within 24 hours of receiving the returned item. Items must be returned in good condition and securely packaged; damaged returns will not be accepted.
International Orders
- We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on orders outside the US at this time due to international shipping regulations.
Damage or Defective Orders
- In the event that an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at maisonkin9@gmail.com
- Please send photos depicting the issue and we will take care of you.Â
 Shipping & Delivery Time
- Delivery times varies by location, expect between 3 - 8 business days within US, some locations may take longer.Â
- Orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking link.
Discount Codes
- Discount codes can only be redeemed against full priced items. They cannot be redeemed against bundles or discovery sets which have already been discounted.Â
Risk of Loss of PackageÂ
- Maison Kin is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages once tracking shows successful delivery to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring a secure delivery location. Missing or stolen packages are non-refundable, and any delivery issues must be addressed directly with the carrier.
Incorrect Address Entered
- Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders are processed automatically and address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is placed. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for all return and reshipping costs. Refunds for returned orders will only be issued once the items have been received back by Maison Kin.
