RETURN POLICY

We offer a refund or exchange, within 30 days of the order date, on full priced item in the form of store credit only. The credit is issued as a Maison Kin E-Gift Card. Items purchased using an online discount, discount code or a gift card are not eligible for return or refund, no exceptions. Items on sale are final. Shipping costs both ways are non refundable. Products purchased as part of a bundle must be returned as a full bundle. Products purchased using a gift card are final sale. Opened discovery sets are not eligible for return or refund.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We are unable to offer returns or exchanges on orders outside the United States due to international shipping regulations. International orders are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange. For Canada please allow 8 - 18 business days for delivery. 

DAMAGES

In the case of damages, missing or incorrect items, please send a photo depicting the issue.
